L'Atelier des Épagneuls is an artisan studio kennel established in Les Éboulements, in Charlevoix, Quebec. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, why we collect it, and what rights you can exercise, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.

We do not collect any sensitive information and never ask for banking details through this site.
4. Cookies and analytics technologies
No analytics cookie is set before your explicit consent. The banner shown on your first visit lets you accept or decline, and declining is as simple as accepting. You can change your choice at any time using the "🍪 Cookies" button at the bottom of every page.
Cookies strictly necessary for the site to function — remembering your consent choice, for example — are set without consent, as permitted by law.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. It is only shared with providers necessary to operate the site (hosting, analytics), and only to the extent required. No information is shared with other breeders or studios.
6. Hosting and location of processing
This site is hosted on a server located in Canada. Should a provider need to process your information outside Quebec, we would first complete the privacy impact assessment required under Law 25.
7. Your rights
- Access — obtain a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting a request already in progress.
- Deletion — request deletion of information once its purpose has been fulfilled.
- Portability — receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format.
- Complaint — file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information if our response doesn't satisfy you.
We respond to every request within a maximum of 30 days.
8. Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Access to submitted requests is limited to the person operating the studio kennel. In the event of a privacy incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we would notify the individuals concerned as well as the Commission d'accès à l'information, as required by law.

Any change to this policy will be posted on this page, with a revised update date.
